Heart of Burquitlam

The City of Coquitlam, Concert Properties, and the YMCA of Greater Vancouver have partnered together to develop Heart of Burquitlam, a connected and diverse mixed-use community. The project scope includes a new Coquitlam Family YMCA, a rental tower, and a market tower - Myriad.

The Coquitlam Family YMCA is an innovative three-party partnership between the City of Coquitlam, YMCA of Greater Vancouver, and Concert Properties. When complete, the new YMCA will offer 55,000 SF of facility space including an indoor pool with changing facilities, gymnasium, fitness studios, common areas and multi-purpose rooms, a child development centre, community policing station, and underground parking.

The Burquitlam Park Rental, designed by DYS Architecture, is a part of Concert Properties' master-planned community at Burquitlam Park. When complete, the rental tower will reach 33 storeys tall and offer 308 units to the community.

Standing proud at 50-storeys, Myriad, the Heart of Burquitlam's market tower, takes centre stage with its awe-inspiring landmark architecture that reaches for the sky.
With 1.4 acres of public open space including a redesigned park, this new development will generate a whole new community offering and amenities to the Burquitlam neighbourhood.
