Axis

Axis, developed by Concert Properties, is a 15-storey residential building located in the Chancellor Place neighbourhood on the University of British Columbia campus, providing rental units to UBC students and the surrounding community. Featuring a mix of studio and one bedroom homes, the building was designed with environmental sustainability in mind. The building meets requirements set by the University of British Columbia’s REAP program - a green building rating system that is mandatory for any residential construction done at UBC. Amenities for the building include a fitness studio, courtyard, and outdoor play area.
