Bettie Allard YMCA

The Bettie Allard YMCA is an innovative three-party partnership between the City of Coquitlam, the YMCA of Greater Vancouver, and Concert Properties. The new YMCA offers 55,000 SF of facility space, including an indoor pool with changing facilities, a gymnasium, fitness studios, common areas and multi-purpose rooms, a child development centre, a community policing station, and public underground parking.
