Paramount Place

Paramount Place, completed in 2006 and developed by Bosa Properties, reaches 24 storeys tall featuring a commercial podium and residential high-rise known as Electric Avenue. The mixed-use development consists of 460 residential units and several ground floor commercial units, including restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. The most prominent tenant at Paramount Place is Cineplex’s Scotiabank Theatre - a 9-theatre movie complex.
