North Harbour

North Harbour, by Concert Properties, is a massive 12-acre master-planned community situated in North Vancouver along the Burrard Inlet, and is comprised of four development parcels. Each building structure will reach between eight to eleven storeys in height with magnificent views of the water and mountains. When complete, the development will offer 700 homes, 110 rental apartments, 125 senior housing units, and 290,000 SF of commercial space in total. The first chapter of North Harbour, Harbourside LOT D, is currently under construction. This project scope also includes the redevelopment of the foreshore works, beaches, and infrastructure surrounding the new master-planned development.
